SEAL B is a key sealing element in the hydraulic system and power transmission components of bulldozers. It mainly achieves static or dynamic sealing functions through elastic compression and precision matching. Its core functions include preventing hydraulic oil and lubricating oil leakage, blocking external dust, moisture, and impurities from entering, and ensuring the stable operation of core components such as hydraulic cylinders, transmissions, and drive axles. Its design needs to adapt to the bulldozer's high load and dusty working environment. The material is usually wear-resistant polyurethane or nitrile rubber, which has the characteristics of high pressure resistance (≤ 400bar), aging resistance, etc.

B-type hydraulic cylinder seal
Mainly used in the piston rod parts of the boom cylinder and shovel lifting cylinder of bulldozers, it belongs to the dynamic sealing component. Using polyurethane material with a cross-sectional size of 4mm or 5mm (such as P5008 material, with a Shore A hardness of about 93), self-lubricating is achieved through the pressure medium between the sealed lips, compatible with ISO5597/I and ISO3320 international standard groove size 2. For example, the piston rod seal of the shovel cylinder of Shantui SD22 bulldozer adopts B-type polyurethane oil seal, which can replace the traditional two seal series configuration and reduce the risk of leakage.
B-type static sealing gasket
Used for static sealing parts such as the joint surface of bulldozer gearbox housing, hydraulic valve block flange interface, etc., reinforced with rubber or metal frame structure to prevent oil leakage. Its dimensional accuracy needs to be strictly matched with the clearance of the components, which is commonly seen in the static sealing points of the transmission system of Caterpillar D6T bulldozers.
