The main pump adopts electro-hydraulic proportional variable control, and the flow rate is adjusted in real time through the ECU (electronic control unit), so that the lifting speed of the shovel can be fine tuned to 0.5-1m/min, ensuring that the roadbed flatness error is less than 3cm. At the same time, the auxiliary pump output pressure is stable, ensuring accurate transmission of the pilot control signal.

In low temperature environments (such as below -20 ℃), the pump assembly needs to be adapted with low viscosity hydraulic oil, and a preheating device should be added to the suction pipeline to avoid dry friction caused by insufficient lubrication inside the pump during cold start; In high temperature environments (such as above 50 ℃), high-temperature resistant seals (such as fluororubber) and anti-wear hydraulic oil are used to prevent increased leakage and decreased efficiency inside the pump.
