600-643-1350 FAN
In construction vehicles such as bulldozers, FAN (fan) is the core component of the engine cooling system, mainly used to regulate the temperature of the engine and key hydraulic systems, ensuring stable operation of the equipment under high load conditions. Its function is similar to that of FAN in computers and communication devices, both of which achieve heat dissipation through forced air flow. However, the FAN of bulldozers needs to adapt to more harsh working environments (such as dust, vibration, and high temperature), so there are special design requirements for structural strength and heat dissipation efficiency. Core functions: The core function of a bulldozer fan is to generate airflow through rotation, accelerating the heat dissipation of heat exchange equipment such as engine radiators and hydraulic oil coolers. Its working principle is based on "forced convection heat dissipation": when high-speed airflow flows through the surface of the radiator, it takes away the heat transferred by the coolant or hydraulic oil, avoiding component wear, performance degradation, or even failure caused by high temperature. Structural composition Fan blades: typically made of high-strength materials such as reinforced nylon, aluminum alloy, or steel plates, with blade shapes optimized pneumatically to generate greater airflow at the same power. Drive device: divided into mechanical drive (such as belt pulley, coupling and engine crankshaft connection) and electronic control drive (such as hydraulic motor or electric motor, controlled by sensor signal to control speed). Protective components: including metal protective nets (to prevent debris from being swept into the fan blades), sealing covers (to reduce airflow loss), etc., suitable for working environments with high dust and debris.
product key technologies

engine cooling
When bulldozers are used for heavy-duty operations such as bulldozing, shoveling, and climbing, the temperature of the engine cylinder and combustion chamber can reach hundreds of degrees Celsius. The fan continuously blows air to the radiator, dissipating the heat absorbed by the coolant into the air, maintaining the ideal operating temperature range of 80-95 ℃ for the engine, avoiding "boiling" or overheating and deformation of parts.
Hydraulic system heat dissipation
When the hydraulic pump, oil cylinder and other components of a bulldozer work under high pressure, the hydraulic oil will generate heat due to friction, and high temperature will cause a decrease in oil viscosity and aging of seals. The fan can simultaneously provide airflow to the hydraulic oil cooler, controlling the oil temperature at 50-80 ℃ to ensure the pressure stability and response speed of the hydraulic system.
