At the joint between the shovel and the outer arm
A circular rubber buffer pad is often installed on the outer side of the pin axis between the shovel connection frame and the outer arm. When the shovel encounters obstacles such as rocks while pushing soil, it can buffer the instantaneous impact force and reduce the deformation or cracking of the metal structure of the outer arm and shovel; At the same time, reduce the noise at the hinge joint (avoid direct metal impact).
The connection between the soil loosening device and the machine body
During the operation of the soil loosening device, frequent impact on the ground is required. A polyurethane buffer pad will be installed in the gap between its connection and the machine body to alleviate the reaction force transmitted by the soil loosening teeth and protect the machine body frame.
Between the engine and the frame
The bulldozer engine vibrates violently during operation, and is connected to the frame through rubber cushioning pads (or shock-absorbing foot pads) to reduce the transmission of vibration to the cab and the entire machine, avoiding fatigue damage to the frame due to long-term resonance and reducing cab noise.
Hydraulic pipeline fixing point
High pressure hydraulic pipelines (such as boom cylinder pipelines) are fixed to the frame through pipe clamps with rubber buffer layers. The buffer pad can absorb the vibration generated by pressure fluctuations in the pipeline, preventing wear or breakage caused by friction between the pipeline and the metal frame.
