Application of pipes
Fuel pipeline system: Low pressure rubber pipes are used from the fuel tank to the filter, high-pressure steel pipes are used from the filter to the fuel injection pump, and high-pressure oil pipes (with a pressure resistance of over 100MPa) are used from the fuel injection pump to the injector. Components such as oil-water separators and fuel metering units are connected in series in the pipeline to ensure fuel cleanliness and accurate injection.
Hydraulic system of working device: The inlet and outlet oil pipelines of the tilting oil cylinder of the bulldozer shovel need to withstand dynamic pressure impact. High pressure steel wire wrapped rubber hose (such as SAE100 R12 standard) is used, combined with O-ring sealed joints, to ensure the response speed of the bulldozer operation
