It is widely used in the installation and support of core modules such as power systems, walking mechanisms, and working devices, and is the basic component to ensure the safety and durability of bulldozer operations. 1. Chassis bracket As the load-bearing foundation of the whole machine, the chassis bracket usually adopts a box type welded structure, made of high-strength low-alloy steel, used to fix the engine, gearbox, and walking system. For example, the chassis support of a tracked bulldozer needs to be rigidly connected to the platform frame to withstand ground impacts and operational loads. 2. Installation bracket for winch Used for fixing the winch device of bulldozers, it has a compact structure and high tensile strength performance. The bracket is connected to the rear frame of the bulldozer through bolts, and the material needs to match the dynamic load of the winch during operation. For example, the hydraulic winch bracket needs to reserve hydraulic pipeline channels and set reinforcement ribs to prevent deformation. 3. Working device bracket The key components connecting the bulldozer shovel, soil loosening device, and hydraulic cylinder are mostly cast steel or forged parts. 1. Working device bracket
Blade bracket: It connects the blade to the bulldozer frame and is the "force bearing hub" for blade operation. During bulldozing and leveling operations, it bears the huge thrust and reaction force transmitted by the shovel, and at the same time, through the connection with the lifting cylinder and the tilting cylinder, it achieves the lifting, tilting, and lateral movement of the shovel. The structural strength directly affects the operational accuracy and durability of the shovel.
Loosening bracket: installed at the tail of the bulldozer, used to fix the loosening device. In soil loosening operations, it needs to withstand the impact load and torque when the loosening teeth are inserted into the soil. Therefore, the support body is usually designed as a thickened plate or box structure, and some reinforcement bars are also added to improve fatigue resistance.

2. Walking system bracket
Track frame support bracket: connected to the track frame and chassis, it supports the overall weight of the bulldozer and transmits the ground reaction force during walking to the machine body. It needs to be equipped with a track tensioning device to ensure the stable operation of the track and resist the periodic impact of the track links.
Guide wheel/support wheel bracket: fix the guide wheel and support wheel, maintain the track gauge and running trajectory of the track, and reduce vibration and deviation during walking.

3. Power and auxiliary system bracket
Engine bracket: Fix the engine on the frame and use rubber shock absorbers and other components to cushion the vibration of the engine during operation, avoiding the transmission of vibration to the body and causing component loosening or fatigue damage.
Hydraulic oil tank/fuel tank bracket: Fix the oil tank to ensure its stability during equipment shaking and tilting, and prevent leakage caused by collision between the oil tank and other components.
Operating room bracket: supports the driver's operating room, providing a safe and stable working environment for the driver, while meeting the requirements of visibility and protection (such as roll over prevention).

4. Adaptation to special working conditions
The chassis support of the wetland bulldozer adopts a widened design, which, combined with triangular track shoes, can reduce the ground pressure ratio; The bracket of desert bulldozers is equipped with a sand proof sealing structure to prevent sand and dust from entering the connecting parts.
