The fuel filter element and additional fuel filter element of the new excavator should be replaced after working for 250 hours. Check the clearance of the valve of the excavator engine.

Daily maintenance.

Inspect, clean or replace the air filter element; Clean the interior of the cooling system; Inspect and tighten the bolts of the track plates; Check and adjust the reverse tension of the tracks; Check the air intake heater of the excavator; Replace the bucket teeth; Adjust the gap of the excavator bucket; Check the liquid level of the front window cleaning solution; Check and adjust the air conditioner of the excavator; Clean the floor inside the driver's cabin; Replace the filter element of the crusher (optional accessory). When cleaning the interior of the cooling system, after the engine has cooled down fully, slowly loosen the water inlet cover to release the internal pressure of the radiator, and then water can be released. Do not perform cleaning work when the engine is running. The high-speed rotating fan can be dangerous. When cleaning or replacing the coolant, the machine should be parked on a level ground. The coolant and anti-corrosion device should be replaced in accordance with Table 3.
