1. When the excavator stops running, carefully check whether the anchor bolts and bearing housing screws of all parts are loose, the meshing and lubrication conditions of all gears, as well as whether there is any abnormal wear or damage to the bearings, power unit, control system, brake, reducer, track plate, foundation components, cables, steel wire ropes, bucket teeth and other parts.
2. During operation, pay attention to the running conditions of each motor, mechanical transmission, and whether there are any abnormal phenomena in the braking system, control system, cooling fan, lighting and signals, etc. Any problems found during the inspection should be discovered and dealt with in a timely manner.
3. For newly installed excavators, all parts must be filled with oil before the trial operation, and the lubrication condition should be checked every shift within the first week of operation. For excavators that have been out of operation for a long time, all the old dry oil must be squeezed out before use. Good lubrication can reduce mechanical wear and malfunctions during operation. Lubrication work must be carried out strictly in accordance with the time limit, oil quantity and type of lubricating oil specified in the excavator manual.
