1. Keep the oil level sufficient

Check if the fuel level in the diesel fuel tank is sufficient. If not, fill it up with diesel to prevent the inner wall of the fuel tank of the diesel excavator parts from rusting.

2. Cooling water discharge method

Before turning off the engine, let it idle. Wait until the temperature of the cooling water drops below 60℃ and the water is no longer hot to the touch, then turn off the engine and drain the water.

When draining water, all the remaining water in the machine body should be completely discharged to prevent the water from freezing and expanding, which may cause the machine body to crack.

3. The correct way to butter

In winter, when the outdoor temperature is relatively low, it is necessary to choose the right butter.

If the wrong butter is chosen, it is easy to damage the butter gun. Applying butter is something that needs to be done every day. One should not stop just because the temperature is low and they are afraid of freezing their hands. Otherwise, it will cause wear and tear on the excavator parts, which is not worth it.
