1. Pressure regulation and safety protection: The pressure regulating valve plays a role in pressure regulation and safety protection in the variable speed valve of the loader. It dynamically adjusts the return oil volume or limits the output of the oil pump to ensure that the system pressure remains stable within the set range, preventing excessive or insufficient oil pressure and protecting the oil pump and hydraulic system from damage.

2. Shift control: The distribution valve is responsible for operating the engagement and disengagement of each shift brake (or clutch) to achieve shift operation. The cut-off valve disengages the shift brake and shifts the gearbox into neutral when the brake pedal is pressed; After the braking is completed, the cut-off valve automatically engages the shift brake, and the gearbox returns to its original gear position.

3. Reduce shift shock: The shift control valve provides the required pressure for each gear, gradually increasing the pressure and reducing the impact force during gear shifting, thereby improving the smoothness and comfort of operation
