Bulldozer pipes are tubular components made of materials such as metal, rubber, and plastic. They form a piping system through connectors such as joints and clamps, and are responsible for transporting fluids (hydraulic oil, engine oil, coolant, fuel, etc.) or gases (air, exhaust gas) between various components of the equipment. According to the conveying medium and function, it is mainly divided into the following categories: 1. Hydraulic pipeline Material: The high-pressure part is mostly made of seamless steel pipes (such as 20 # steel) or high-pressure rubber hoses (inner layer of oil resistant rubber, outer layer of braided steel wire reinforcement); Nylon or plastic pipes can be used for the low-pressure section. Characteristics: It needs to withstand high pressure (the hydraulic system pressure of bulldozers is usually 16-30MPa), be resistant to oil corrosion, and have a certain degree of flexibility (to adapt to equipment vibration and component movement). 2. Cooling system piping Material: The pipes conveying coolant (antifreeze) are mostly rubber hoses (high and low temperature resistant, anti-aging) or aluminum pipes (lightweight), and some hard pipes are galvanized steel pipes (anti-corrosion). Features: It needs to withstand temperature changes from -40 ℃ to 120 ℃, and has strong interface sealing performance to prevent coolant leakage. 3. Fuel pipeline Material: Oil pipelines are mostly made of seamless steel pipes (high-pressure section, such as from fuel injection pump to injector) or oil resistant rubber pipes (low-pressure section, such as from fuel tank to filter), and some small pipelines use nylon pipes. Features: It shall be resistant to fuel (diesel) corrosion and aging, and the high-pressure section shall bear the injection pressure of the fuel pump (up to more than 100MPa).
