drive system
In the gearbox of bulldozers, the raceway of angular contact bearings can withstand large radial and axial loads, with good high-speed performance. When used in pairs, it can better distribute axial force, ensure stable operation of the transmission shaft and gears, and reduce noise and wear during the transmission process.
walking system
In the track drive system of a tracked bulldozer, the raceway of the tapered roller bearing can simultaneously withstand radial and axial loads, used to connect the various links of the track, withstand enormous tensile and bending forces, and ensure the normal operation of the track.
Rotary mechanism
If the bulldozer has a rotating platform, the raceway structure of the turntable bearing is relatively special, such as a circular arc raceway machined on the inner or outer ring of the four point contact ball turntable bearing. The steel ball and raceway are in contact at four points, and can simultaneously bear axial load, radial load, and overturning moment, ensuring the stable rotation of the rotating platform.
hydraulic system
The bearing raceway of the hydraulic motor needs to ensure high rotational accuracy to avoid fluctuations in hydraulic oil flow caused by eccentricity of the raceway, which affects the smoothness of the action.
