The engine sealing requirements are strict, and it is necessary to simultaneously deal with high temperatures, engine oil, and coolant media:
Static sealing part: Metal wrapped rubber ring sealing gasket (combination seal) between the cylinder block and cylinder head to prevent coolant and oil from flowing into each other; O-ring or rubber flat ring on the connection surface between the oil pan and the cylinder block to prevent oil leakage; The skeleton oil seal (lip seal) between the water pump housing and the impeller shaft prevents coolant from seeping into the bearing chamber.
Dynamic sealing parts: The oil seals at the front and rear ends of the crankshaft (mostly double lip lip seals) seal the engine oil on the inside and block mud and sand on the outside. The materials commonly used are heat-resistant nitrile rubber or fluororubber, suitable for high temperature environments of the engine (120-150 ℃).

The walking system directly contacts the ground, and the sealing components need to be resistant to sediment and vibration:
Track wheel system: Double cone floating ring seals or metal skeleton rubber ring seals are commonly used for the shaft end seals of guide wheels, support wheels, and drive wheels. Multiple sealing lips and springs are pre tightened to prevent lubricant leakage and mud from entering the wheel cavity (which contains bearings and grease).
Tensioning device: The piston rod of the tensioning cylinder is sealed with a heavy-duty lip seal ring to ensure that the hydraulic oil inside the cylinder does not leak. At the same time, the end cap ring seal of the tensioning spring cylinder prevents grease loss.
