The bulldozer piston is the core transmission component of the hydraulic system and engine, responsible for three key functions: 1. Energy converter: Convert hydraulic oil pressure/gas explosion pressure into mechanical thrust (hydraulic piston thrust can reach 50-500kN, engine piston peak pressure 15-25MPa) 2. Dynamic sealing body: forms a precision fit of μ m level with the cylinder barrel (gap 0.02-0.05mm), maintaining the pressure boundary 3. Motion guide: Maintain linear motion under complex loads (straightness ≤ 0.02mm/m)

Working device driver
It is a direct executing component for actions such as lifting/tilting the bulldozer blade, lifting and lowering the soil loosening device, and tensioning the tracks. For example, the bulldozer cylinder piston can change the height and angle of the shovel blade through expansion and contraction, adapting to the needs of bulldozing, leveling, and other operations;

Precise control
By adjusting the flow and pressure of the hydraulic system, the piston movement speed and output force can be precisely controlled to ensure operational accuracy (such as smooth lifting and lowering of the bulldozer shovel on flat ground);

High pressure resistance and sealing
To adapt to the working pressure of 16-30MPa in the bulldozer hydraulic system, the seals need to withstand oil corrosion and reciprocating friction to prevent power loss or failure of the working device due to leakage.

Extreme environmental homework
In high-temperature (desert areas), high humidity (swamp wetlands), or high-altitude (plateau construction) environments, pistons need to withstand temperature fluctuations of -30 ℃ to 120 ℃, as well as erosion from impurities such as dust and mud.
