1、 Introduction to bulldozer liner Bulldozer liner is a key component in the transmission, walking, and working devices of bulldozers. It belongs to a type of sliding bearing and is mainly made of metal materials (such as steel, copper alloys, etc.) or composite materials. It is usually a cylindrical structure with an inner hole for fitting with the shaft and an outer circle for connecting with the bearing seat or related components. Its core function is to reduce friction and wear between relative moving parts, while bearing a certain load, ensuring the flexible operation and positioning accuracy of various mechanisms of the bulldozer (such as track walking system, shovel lifting mechanism, soil loosening device, etc.). The performance of the lining directly affects the efficiency, reliability, and service life of bulldozers, therefore it needs to have high wear resistance, compressive strength, and impact resistance. 2、 Classification and Characteristics of Bulldozer Bushings According to the different application parts and materials, bulldozer liners can be divided into the following categories: Metal bushing Common materials: Steel based copper sleeve (such as tin bronze, aluminum bronze), bimetallic liner (steel back+anti friction alloy layer). Features: Strong load-bearing capacity, high temperature resistance, suitable for heavy-duty and high impact working conditions (such as track links, drive axles, etc.). Composite material liner Common materials: Steel plate as the substrate, with surface composite of anti friction materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and graphite. Features: Good self-lubricating properties, low friction coefficient, no need for additional lubrication, suitable for parts that are difficult to maintain or have a lot of dust (such as shovel hinge points).
