1. Working devices (bucket, push rod, swing arm)
The bucket of a bulldozer is connected to the frame through push rods, swing arms, and the pin shafts and holes of these connecting parts need to be fitted with bushings:
Function: When the bucket is operated, it frequently rises and falls, swings, and bears the reaction force of the soil. The liner can reduce the direct friction between the pin shaft and the hole, avoiding excessive clearance caused by metal wear (if the clearance is too large, the bucket will shake, affecting the accuracy of soil pushing);
Advantages: The self-lubricating properties of composite or copper liners can reduce maintenance frequency, and they can work stably even in dusty and muddy environments, making them suitable for harsh scenarios such as mines and construction sites.
2. Transmission system (gearbox, drive shaft)
The connection between the gearbox output shaft, transmission shaft, and frame needs to be supported by bushings:
Function: When the transmission shaft rotates at high speed, the bushing ensures its coaxiality through radial positioning, reducing vibration and noise; Simultaneously bearing the radial load during the transmission process to avoid uneven bending of the shaft due to stress;
Adaptation type: Steel liner (high-strength) with regular oil injection, suitable for transmitting high torque parts (such as rear axle drive shaft).
3. Walking system (tracks, platform frame)
The connecting shaft and guide wheel axle between the track frame and the platform frame are equipped with bushings:
Function: When the track travels, the guide wheels and track frame will vibrate due to uneven ground, and the lining reduces the impact of vibration on the frame through buffering; Simultaneously bearing the lateral force of the track to ensure stable walking trajectory;
Adaptation type: Rubber composite lining can absorb vibration, while metal lining bears the main load. The combination of the two can balance stability and vibration reduction requirements.
4. Hydraulic system (hydraulic cylinder)
The connection between the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder and the cylinder barrel is equipped with a guide liner:
Function: When the piston rod extends and retracts, the liner ensures that its axis is consistent with the cylinder barrel, avoiding eccentric wear of the piston rod on the inner wall of the cylinder barrel (eccentric wear can cause oil leakage in the cylinder); The sealing structure of the liner can prevent hydraulic oil leakage and protect the internal cleanliness of the oil cylinder;
Requirement: The inner hole surface should be smooth (with low roughness), usually made of wear-resistant cast iron or composite plastic, and used in conjunction with a sealing ring
